Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
Arrive in Arusha, where you will be met by your driver-guide and transferred to your hotel. Spend the rest of the day relaxing and settling in before your safari begins.

Day 2: Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, depart Arusha for Lake Manyara National Park. Enjoy a scenic drive through the Great Rift Valley before entering the park for an afternoon game drive. Explore the forest, open plains and lakeshore areas while looking for elephants, giraffes, buffalo, monkeys and abundant birdlife. Enjoy a picnic lunch before continuing to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Lake Manyara to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, begin the journey toward Serengeti National Park, travelling through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Pass through the Olduvai Gorge region before continuing onto the vast plains of the Serengeti. Enjoy game viewing along the way and arrive at your lodge in time for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Full Day in Serengeti National Park
Spend a full day exploring the Serengeti, with morning and afternoon game drives across one of Africa’s most famous wildlife landscapes. Search for lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, giraffes and large herds of grazing animals while enjoying the endless plains and changing scenery.
Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Serengeti to Ngorongoro
After breakfast, enjoy a final game drive in the Serengeti before travelling toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The route takes you through sweeping plains and highland scenery before arriving near the crater rim later in the day.
Settle into your lodge and enjoy a relaxed evening surrounded by the cool Ngorongoro highlands.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater Safari
After breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for an unforgettable day of game viewing. The crater floor supports an extraordinary concentration of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffalo, wildebeest, zebra, hippos and, with luck, black rhino.
Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater before ascending the rim and returning to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Ngorongoro to Tarangire National Park
Leave Ngorongoro after breakfast and drive to Tarangire National Park for your final major safari experience. Tarangire is known for its ancient baobab trees, large elephant herds and wildlife-rich river valley.
Spend the afternoon game viewing before continuing to your tented camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 8: Tarangire to Arusha
After breakfast, depart Tarangire and drive back to Arusha. Depending on your onward travel arrangements, you will be transferred to your hotel or the airport.
